EDRAM launched the sixth vintage of its Bridge vehicle – Bridge VI – last year (2024) and has now raised €1.5 billion ($1.8bn), well on its way to exceeding the target of €2.5billion in the first quarter of next year.

As JF (pictured right) says: “We're pleased and, interestingly, the investors say that in the market environment of the last 2 years and where we are now – it gives them confidence that we always managed to raise a significant amounts and keep the scale that gives them confidence to invest on our plan.”

This latest vintage follows successful fundraising on the €2.5 billion Bridge V infrastructure debt platform which comprises a mix of collective funds and dedicated funds: €1.9 billion senior debt strategy; €600 million yield plus.

But it’s not just about raising capital, it’s about deployment.

As JF says: “When I talk about deployment, it means deploying assets that you can keep over the tenor that investors want us to hold for them, assets that are well structured, not covenant light assets that also are well priced.”
