Infrastructure funds that reached final close in the first half of 2025 raised $112.05 billion, according to IJGlobal data. 

When it comes to regions, North America significantly outpaced other regions, however, the majority of funds still targeted global investments.

Equity funds far outpaced their debt counterparts with 92% of capital raised that reached final close over the past year making purely equity investments.
