Sohar Water Desalination Facility
The OMR86 million ($223 million) financing is used for the development of a desalination facility, which will be built in Sohar region of Oman and will have daily desalination capacity of 250,000 cubic metres. Oman Power and Water Procurement Company is awarding authority. The Valoriza consortium was mandated preferred bidder for the project.
