AEP-CSW merger obtains antitrust clearance from US Department of Justice

AEP and CSW have been notified by the Department of Justice that it has completed its investigation in accordance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 and has closed the investigation finding that no further action is warranted
